Our Jeans recycled – light grey is a durable yet timeless denim made from 100 % recycled cotton. With its rich, yarn-dyed dark blue shade, this fabric brings the classic denim look to your projects in a sustainable way. The high weight of approx. 365 g/m² provides substance and stability, while the fabric width of approx. 160 cm allows for efficient cutting layouts with minimal waste.

Processing

For clean seams, we recommend a jeans needle (e.g. size 90–100) and longer stitch lengths. Hems and heavily stressed areas can be accented with stronger threads (jeans thread). Finish edges with overlock or zigzag; for multi-layer sections, use a walking foot if necessary. Always perform test seams beforehand and adjust patterns if required to suit the fabric thickness.
