Organic Jersey (Interlock) – Stable, Smooth, Versatile

Organic Jersey Interlock differs from single jersey through its double-knit structure. The result is a more stable, firmer fabric with a smooth surface on both sides – ideal for projects requiring more body and shape retention.

Material & Properties

With a higher weight than single jersey, interlock has a slightly heavier hand that gives it its characteristic drape. It is particularly well-suited for trousers, leggings, jackets, sweaters, and children's clothing. Its firmer structure also makes it easier for beginners to work with – it distorts less when cutting and sewing.
